Who is eligible for a discounted or free ticket?
Only dialysis patients can attend events at a discounted or free price. This perk is at a first-come-first-serve basis. Please go to our Contact Us page to reserve your spot today!
What is the cancellation policy?
All ticket sales are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person if you wish. Inclement weather (i.e. high winds and thunderstorms) will cause cancellation and refund. However, we do sail in light rain.
Are there waitlists for sold-out events?
Yes! When an event reaches capacity, please go to our Contact Us page to be added to the waitlist.
Are events ADA accessible?
At this time we do not have accommodations to support persons with ADA accessible needs.
Are children and teens allowed to participate?
Absolutely! Anyone of all ages is welcome to join any of our events. However, participants under the age of 13 must have an adult attending with them.
